JOHAN JUNIORS SOCCER
We can sit here and sell you the same generic lines you’ve all heard before, how we “put the development of the individual before the results of the team”, or how we “foster a fun and challenging environment” - but we won’t tell you that. Instead, we encourage you to ask your player how he/she would attack in a 3 v 2 situation? When and why he/she would use a wall pass? Or how can he/she measure speed of play? We’ll be educating the player on how to play the game not only with their feet, but with their brain.
We won’t lie to you- the chances of becoming a professional athlete in any sport are slim to none. What we teach is bigger than just soccer. Through the game, we instill values that the players will learn on the field and be able to use off of the field. All that we require from the player is 100% attention and 100% effort.
Values that we will relentlessly try to instill in the players we work with:
1. Believing in yourself
“Being good isn’t good enough. It’s all about being the best that you can be.”
“What you put into it, is what you will get out of it.”
"Love, Love, Love." - Pele
1. Love soccer.
2. Love the environment of soccer.
3. Love other people enough to have an open mind.
“Tell me who your friends are, and I will tell you who you are.”
